Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership is £13.99/month after a 14-day free trial, rolling, cancel anytime. The trial is the evaluation period; periods already billed are not refunded, except for billing errors. This policy covers membership fees only — never a trade between users.

The free trial is the evaluation period

Every new membership begins with a 14-day free trial with full access to messaging and AI features. Nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel at any time within the trial and you pay nothing. This trial constitutes the evaluation period for the service and satisfies any statutory cooling-off entitlement, to which you expressly consent by commencing use of the paid features.

Monthly rolling — cancel anytime

After the trial, membership is £13.99/month, rolling. Cancel at any time via the billing portal (Membership → Manage subscription); access continues to the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.

No refunds on periods already billed

Because the trial provides a full-access evaluation at no cost, fees for billing periods already commenced are non-refundable, except as set out in clause 4 or where required by law.

Billing errors and goodwill

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact hello@primepolymers.org within 30 days; verified billing errors are refunded in full. We may, at our sole discretion, issue goodwill refunds; a goodwill refund on one occasion does not create an entitlement on any other.

Chargebacks

Raising a card dispute for a charge covered by this policy without first contacting us may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated. We respond to all disputes with evidence of trial commencement, usage and cancellation history.

Listings and free features

Browsing, listing and posting wanted ads are free and unaffected by membership status. Membership cancellation or lapse does not remove your listings.

Relationship to our Terms

This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Prime Polymers is an introductions platform; ARC Polymers Ltd is not a party to any trade between users, and this policy concerns membership fees only — it does not apply to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
