PVC is not one material with one price. The suspension resins that make up most of the traded volume are bought on K-value — roughly K57 to K60 for injection and blow moulding, K65 to K67 for the general-purpose pipe and profile band, K70 and above for cable and flexible work — and a lot offered as "general-purpose PVC" with no K-value attached is a lot nobody can price. Paste and emulsion resins are a separate trade again, sold on plastisol viscosity and fusion behaviour rather than K-value, and compound is different from both: the stabiliser and additive package is already in it, so you are buying somebody's formulation.
The listings below span that whole range, plus the reprocessed end of it — regrind from window and pipe fabricators, regranulate, and post-industrial scrap. Every lot carries tonnage, MOQ, Incoterm, loading port and country, and the price stands in the seller's own currency. A CIF China figure quoted in USD stays in USD here; converting it would quietly turn a real number into an approximation.
